ACTION is a content creation factory that has always been on the front line when using communication languages at the service of companies. Since the very beginning, the factory has always been focusing on experimenting new communication languages in order to create generative communication by putting content into action. All this has been possible thanks to the intuition, the strategic and illuminated vision of the founder Manuela Ronchi.

For over 25 years ACTION stood out for always been one step ahead of the times.

At the beginning of 200s, Action designed a content creation approach in the world of events, positioning the event itself as one of the relevant corporate languages, considering it as a real Media and applying a language typically used on television. At the same time, ACTION developed a division devoted to unconventional marketing and strategic communication, proving itself to be the market leader as an experiential marketing factory.

Today ACTION is among the top companies on the market for its uniqueness, foresight and innovation.

ACTION does not want to be a simple agency but a strategic partner that supports the Customer in understanding the communication trends in advance, putting them into action promptly. The company has always invested in crowdsourcing, creating a network of sublime minds that covers the entire production process, from the content design and creation to the event production and organization, both physical and in the new digital and phygital modes, also developing digital platforms owned by “Netflix-style”.

ACTION supported over 1000 Customers including companies, celebrities, entrepreneurs and professional with whom it has a trustful relationship that lasts for decades. It boasts ten-year collaborations such as Banca Generali, Generali Assicurazioni, Alleanza investment funds, such as Blackrock, Invesco JP Morgan, Mrgan Stanley, Fidelity, to name just a few in the world of finance. And also Barilla, Kellog’s, Ferrero, Fiat, Cartier, Fiasconaro, Vodafone, and many others.

Founder Manuela Ronchi was the manager of great champions of sport, entertainment and the world of cinema. She discovered a talent such as the Executive Philosopher Raffaele Tovazzi, with whom she then founded in 2018 Acion Media LTD, a Media company based in London, a real lookout place and observatory that studies communication trends, soon becoming a forerunner in the world of podcasting in Italy and suggesting it as a corporate language.

Following Manuela Ronchi’s mantra of always putting “thoughts into action”, in March 2020, in full lockdown, ACTION launched Events in Action, the first 100% Made in Italy network made up of local excellences aiming at revamping the event organization supply chain in Italy.

In December 2020, Action created Value in Action SCarl (Limited Liability Consortium Company). It is a factory engaged in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) process, both dealing with the design and implementation of commitments related to corporate social responsibility, and also with the study of projects with a high innovation content to be financed through its Benefit activity. Value in Action promotes a new business model which can best combine the traditional profit-making activity aiming at becoming an engine of growth and development of the social economic environment where it operates.

MANUELA RONCHI is an entrepreneur in the world of communication, a manager, writer, CEO of Action Agency, Founder of Action Media Ltd and Value in Action.

Graduated with honors in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, she started her career as image and communication manager of well-known artists and sportsmen, and also organizing events and television productions for Gerri Scotti’s agency for which she worked from 1990 to 1995. During her career, Manuela managed, always behind the scenes, the image of celebrities, like Marco Pantani, Max Biagi, Marco Melandri, Alberto Tomba, Marco Tardelli, Sebastian Frey, Andrea Lucchetta, Gianmarco Pozzecco, Maurizio Cacciatori, Adriano Panatta, Ivan Zazzaroni, Linus, Matteo Salvo, Diego Abbadantuono, Max Calderan and many others.

Today, Manuela, besides being the CEO of Action, Founder of Action Media and creator of Value in Action, is also Head of Communication & Special Project of Hyperloop Italia, the hyper-fast capsule by Elon Musk brought to Italy by the innovator BIBOP GRESTA.

I love my life and my work because I am terribly curious and passionate. This allows me to catch innovation and dare to put it into Action before it becomes ordinary.

To do this, I made up a team of unique people and a space where the contamination between Art, Relations, Passion and Innovation creates common value.

1990

She started as head of image and communication management for well-known artists and sportsmen and organizing events and television productions for Gerri Scotti’s agency.

1995

She founded Action Agency srl, born as an agency specialized in the event creation and organization with an emotional and motivational charge and strongly result-oriented.

2004

She wrote her first book “Man on the Run” where she told Marco Pantani’s true story. She received the Bancarella Award for that. In the meantime, she allowed Action Agency to position it as an agency specialized in unconventional marketing and strategic communication using alternative marketing strategies.

2016

Along with Demetrio Albertini, she founded DEMA4, a consulting company aiming at creating value and focusing on the world of sport.

2018

With Raffaele Tovazzi, the first Executive Philosopher in Italy, she founded Action Media Ltd, an Italian media company based in London that creates communication content though the research and constant development of new languages.

2019

The Italian version of the monthly magazine Forbes lists her among the 100 successful Italian women of the year.

Marzo 2020

In full lockdown, she launched the 100% Made in Italy Events in Action network and the first platform for digital events, the Virtual Bridge.

Settembre 2020

She was appointed as Head of Communication & Special Project of Hyperloop Italia, the hyper-fast capsule by Elon Musk brought to Italy by the innovator Bibop Gresta.

Ottobre 2020

Her new book, “Relationships are not dangerous, the importance of meeting in the age of social media”, was published, written along with the journalist Simona Recanatini and the preface by his friend Federico Buffa. Published by Gribaudo, the book is a journey through the memories of the meetings that changed Manuela’s life and a collection of practical tips and strategies to better understand the world of public relations.

Dicembre 2020

She created Value in Action, the first CSR Benefit Consortium in Italy and it is the Lead Partner of the group. A consortium that will reinvest 100% of its profits in the study of highly innovative initiatives for corporate welfare.
